About Beso

Built by people who know the work behind the feed.

Our history sits at the intersection of technology and hands-on social media work. We created Beso to turn that experience into a better way to manage accounts, coordinate teams, protect each brand, and keep every channel moving.

What we bring to Beso

Our story

Beso grew from experience with the technology that powers modern work and the day-to-day reality of running social media accounts.

We came to Beso from both sides of the problem.

Years spent working in technology taught us how thoughtful software can organize complicated work, connect people, and give growing teams the confidence to do more.

Hands-on social media work showed us where the tools still fall short: too many disconnected accounts, scattered decisions, lost brand context, and too much effort spent keeping the process together.

Beso is our answer: apply strong technology to the real workflow of social media, from managing accounts and teams to planning, approving, scheduling, and learning what works.

What shaped us

Experience became a point of view.

01

Technology should remove friction

Our background in technology taught us to make complicated systems feel clear, dependable, and easier for people to use every day.

02

The real work happens before publishing

Our social media experience showed us how much planning, judgment, coordination, and brand knowledge sits behind every post.

03

Every account deserves clarity

Managing more accounts should not mean accepting more chaos. Teams need a better way to protect context, ownership, and brand voice.

The problem we chose

Account management should scale without the chaos.

As organizations add brands, channels, clients, and teammates, the work gets harder to see and easier to fragment. Our goal is to make that growth manageable without losing control of the details that make each account distinct.

The scattered way

  • × The calendar lives in a spreadsheet
  • × Feedback disappears into message threads
  • × Every channel becomes its own little fire drill

The Beso rhythm

  • One plan connects the campaign to the queue
  • Context and approvals stay with the work
  • Every channel moves together, on-brand
Our goal

Make account management clearer at every level.

We are building Beso so one person or a whole team can manage social accounts with more visibility, stronger boundaries, and less manual coordination.

Clarity across every account

Give teams one place to understand what is planned, what needs attention, and what is ready to publish for each account.

Context that stays protected

Keep the people, permissions, content, feedback, and decisions for each account together and inside the right boundaries.

A distinct voice for every brand

Help every account stay recognizable across channels and teammates without flattening different brands into the same voice.

Useful progress, not more noise

Turn planning and performance into decisions people can act on, so each campaign makes the next one more intentional.

What we are building toward
“A future where managing more social accounts does not mean managing more chaos.”

Beso exists to improve how people manage social accounts: bringing strategy, content, access, approvals, publishing, and brand consistency into one system that supports the people doing the work.

The Beso team

Building a better social rhythm

The next chapter

A better way to manage social starts with one account.

Bring your accounts, content, team, and brand strategy into one shared place built for the whole workflow.
